West Palmetto is a 184-unit build-to-rent community on 20 acres along the W. Palmetto Street corridor in Florence, South Carolina. The project delivers 92 single-story modular duplexes — 900-square-foot two-bedroom homes with private yards, covered parking, and access to a 3,000-square-foot clubhouse and pool, all behind a gated entry.

Dalton Ave 100 Dalton Avenue Charlotte, NC · ~250 units · Mid-Rise Multifamily 

100 Dalton Avenue is a ~250-unit mid-rise apartment community on a tight urban site in Charlotte's NoDa neighborhood, at the corner of Dalton Avenue and N. Tryon Street. The building is configured as five stories of residential construction over a two-story concrete podium, wrapping a precast concrete parking deck with structured parking for residents and ground-floor retail along the N. Tryon frontage.
